    Round Three: GHS Trainwreck

lol Thanks! Very nice, full, bushy plants. What light are you growing under?:peace:

    after germination?

You germinated them first, right? Mine usually break the soil in 2-3 days. Make sure you remove your humidity baggies (hehe good idea there btw) as soon as the babies push through. Oh and be sure to keep them moist, but NOT SOAKED. Too wet for too long equals rotted seedling.:peace:

WHY is this happening to me?!?!?

Yeah - I was told also to leave them be. I didn't listen - took them off after a day, and glad I did, because two of the seedlings already had damage from the shell. Next time - remove them with a tweezers - very, very gently.

D and A's New feminized soil grow.

They will work, to a degree - but they do not provide enough lumens for your plant to really thrive in. You can use them - but past a certain point, growth will slow, and you won't get what you could have gotten with better lights. They definately won't give you enough light to flower - you'll...

    Round 2 (round 1 failed)

I don't think they are a lost cause - looks like new growth coming in to me. You could leave them in the window for a bit longer to be sure, and then if they are still thriving, get more bulbs and put them with their cousins. They will probably be close to the same size anyway, since they had a...

need lighting experts asap plz! ballast is trippin

That's strange - I've seen people on the forum do their entire grow with their light vertical, and no one has ever mentioned (that I've seen) a problem with the lamp firing? Maybe one of those folks will chime in here for you.:peace:

    Round Three: GHS Trainwreck

Yep, close, you have nicer floors though - I love the blonde wood. Thanks for the compliments - it only took three of 'em to get 'er done. Me, once I decide a space is for a particular thing, woe to the husband who puts anything else in there! lol:mrgreen::peace:

Looking For Alot Of Help :)

You'll have to provide more details, such as, what size is your space going to be? How many plants did you plan on growing? How cold/hot does it get where you live - because you may have more problems with either heating or cooling? Your best bet is to build your shed, have your specs ready and...

My new sprout w/ pics, norm?

What kind of light are you useing? Not trying to use the regular bulb in the closet I hope? You need at least a couple 6500K CFL's, and get 'em within a couple of inches of that little one.:peace:

    Optimum veg time?

Hey they look good! Really there is no right answer to this. The longer you veg for, the bigger your yield, however your biggest limiting factor is space - she will grow to twice, or possibly even triple, her height once in flowering. So it's kind of up to you. Personally I veg for 8 weeks, but...

    Cleaning your equipment

I give everything a scrubbing with hot water and dishsoap, and then dip into a water/bleach rinse.

D and A's New feminized soil grow.

What type of fluorescent tubes are you planning on? If they are T12's, they will be allright for a couple of weeks, but I don't think they would do well for the rest of your vegging. Yes, all HPS lights require a ballast, matched to the wattage of the bulb. Good luck!:peace:

Different strains end up lookin them same

If this is true then maybe it has to do with the way you are drying and curing them.:peace:
