You need to let the soil dry out, so only water when you really need to, this usually gets rid of them. How did you apply the diatomaceous earth, your supposed to sprinkle a thin layer on the top of the soil, not mix it in.

Me too. I foliar fed one of my plants with PK13-14 and it died within a day, but it was indoors. Hope that doesn't happen to you, but I'd be careful with it anyway.

Looks like your heading into nute lockout, I'd give them a good flush and check the PH. Then start nutes again. I dont think it's too late.

That soil looks odd, what is it? It's always good to add 30% perlite for drainage as well. Anyway, they dont look well. You need to give them a good start with your soil mix, use a good quality potting mix and add 20% worm castings and 30% perlite and NO Nutes until 3 weeks.
