Cloudy trichs have a milky appearance, though they may shine a bit too-- depending on lighting. Clear trichs look like little crystal balls. They also tend to be smaller than their cloudy counterparts. Lots of images on Google. Try 'Cloudy trichs' followed by 'Clear trichs' and compare the images.
