It's worth a try, I had some Lowryder 1 and 2 growing about a year ago and you could smell them accross the street, and that was 7 plants.

It may have been a fluke but usaually I get 50/50 male female. Unfortunately I'm completely out of space and low on seeds until I breed some more. So having said that I would need to duplicate my experiment to be sure it really did work.

My electronic ballasts don't have a switch for HPS or MH, they're automatic, but I suspect you have a MH conersion bulb, but maybe it just runs on the HPS ballast, although they aren't supposed to as the bulb description says for use in MH ballasts only.
