That looks more like N deficiency to me, than nute burn. When I get nute burn, the tips of the leaves brown, and get crispy. I use scissors to cut the burned tips off if its a plant your size. If its smaller, I don't do anything, and the plant usually is fine. Your bottom leaves are yellow, and...

Fan is important! Be sure to do your homework, and dont waste cash on a inline booster fan. Make sure it is a centrifugal fan, to handle the movement of air properly. It's best to get one with a speed control knob, because it helps control temps better.
