Dude if you are in the US, go to walmart or home depot.. They have a bunch of CFLs that are 6400k. Theyre available in a variety of Wattages..The ideal bulbs are the 42w "daylight" bulbs. Or Order them online... Most lighting stores sell DAYLIGHT 6400k CFLs in whatever wattage you desire...

Yup they do exactly that..seedling to flower, with a very short veg approx 2wks veg, they show sex around 17days for males and 21days for females.. I grow LR2s regularly to fill out the grow space, and they grow very well.. for example i just harvested one of mine and it yielded just under 3oz...
