It's not overpowering, but i never really have to dry out more than an ounce at a time. If I put like a half pound in the closet it would stink up the whole house. My wife always keeps alot of candles and shit going too, so that takes care of some of the smell.

It depends on the strain, but it stinks up the closet and the bedroom that the closet is in pretty good. I live in vegas, so my humidity is always super low. The buds dry out a little more in the jars too.

I just hang my buds on wire coat hangers and put them in the dark in a closet. It usually only takes about 3 days for them to dry out enough to put in jars for curing.
