I was wondering for my plants now about 5 days into flowering can i expect a decent yield with my current lighting of x4 t-12 gro-lux fluorescents and to add to the spectrum a 70 watt hps haloide light, or should just scrap that idea and go with a 400 watt HPS system

yea they are really small, 6in pots so how should i start for the whole flowering phase, should i change my lighting from 16/8 to 12/12, wut else do i need to do, i was hoping to get a HPS on the plants for the flowering phase. also one last question does the room have to be totally fenced off...
