Apparently this happens when the seeds arent planted deep enough. I dont think its something to be worried about unless there still like it after a week or so. Once i took the seed off, the 1st sets of leaves did look abit retarded but didnt seem to make any difference once the next leaves come...

Ive got it off with a little water. The shell come off but looks like a seed still underneath not leaves like i thought, im guessing it will be ok now, ill check it in the morning to see if its opened up. Thanks for the tips guys
