ther are plenty of fluoro grows that have very respectable yields probably not as much as HPS, but that certainly doesn't mean that it's not worthwhile to grow under fluoro's sounds like it may be your first grow, fluoro's are great for learning and growing

i've use 1 tbsp per gallon of bone meal for many grows, have recently bumped it up to 2 tbsp with good results not a nutrient that is often blamed for burning, i will admit to using Miracle Grow bone meal, not familar with the brand you mention
