i changed my times from 6am-6pm to 8pm to 8am by keeping the lights off. No problems.

If your pot is too small and you're needing to water everyday with soil containing any type of fertilizer then you would be overfeeding (depending on the nute contents of the soil). I have worm castings in my soil and my leaves show obvious signs of nitrogen toxicity if my pot drys out too fast...

I hope you have them in the dirt already. To be honest, me, nor any other person will have first hand experience in putting a germinated seed on a heater. Find out for yourself and put them in the dirt. I dont even know how much heat the heater was producing.
