Thanks bro! The discs i believe were 20 bucks tops. Not much more than the average "bubble wall" stones, the long stick style air stones. It does an amazing job, almost creates a fountain effect it bubbles so much. Definitely worth the purchase.

Also at the gen hydro website they have a nutrient calculator, you enter in your reservoir size and whether you want the nutrients measured in mL or oz. (i always go mL/gal, works for my american ass haha) its awesome, you can even print directly from the page. I never get a measurement wrong...

The spirit of this thread got lost in translation. It was more focused on which medium to GERMINATE, NOT which to use for cloning. Though all words are always appreciated, the focus was to be about germination practices.

adding the airstone adds oxygen to the solution, it aerates as the name suggests. roots need water/nutrients/oxygen. airstone adds to the latter. also later on the AG's life the drippers that drip at the base of the plant can lead to stem and possibly root rot. having the airstones at this time...

Went in for my daily check of the lady, and to my surprise clusters upon clusters of white hairs!! The two tops are pretty well furry up top now!! I did a res change on friday to more veg nutes.. I guess i'll be doing up a transition batch tomorrow, and then by the weekend have full bloom...
