It is on a case by case basis, usually the dispensary will have one of their patients sign you over as a caregiver. Same advice as everyone else though, take cash only and don't sign anything.

I would talk to the owner or just not go there unless there stuff is already marked below retail. I personally prefer to support local business and that guy above me spamming his company is right about the mark-ups they are very high (on most items, some exceptions). Shipping is also a factor...
