3 weeks???? I give up after 7 days. I live in NY and use a heating pad and humidity dome. Keep the seeds around mid 70's. Paper towel above and below. Put in a dark place and just keep it real moist. I have never waited more than 5 days. I have many come up in 24 hrs. Good luck

Ok, I hope your refering to a MH and HPS lights. If you have or are supposed to have a MH and HPS. The MH bulb is very big in the middle and is used for veg. The hps is long and slender. I always take my soaking water to 5.0 and the cubes sit for 24 hours. Then put them in pots and put my germinated seeds in the medium still soaking wet and go 24 hours before turning on my drip system.
