you should learn how to grow a plant from seed to sprout, sprout to veg and veg to flowering... so you get an overall awareness of growing a plant! i've learned that growing a garden is more of a science(botany) and an art that has to be practiced more than it is common knowledge! good luck

without any knowledge of the grow i would have to go with one of these two... 1. Nitrogen Defficiency or 2. Root Rot(if theres no drainage in your plants pots) but without info i couldnt give a proper diagnosis

ok great but i dont see if the wrapping paper is any good! its just as reflective as mylar(or appears to be) plus my grow area for veg is only 3' long x 2' wide x 3' high and my flower room is 3-1/4' long x 2' wide x 3-1/2' high

well the minute you use a chemical it no longer becomes organic

how far into the soil did you plant the seeds?

HPS will definitely work but like you said... keep a few cfl's that are 6500K in there with the HPS to balance out the color of the light. HPS tends to put out more of a orangish/red color of the light spectrum which is best for flowering, Metal Halide is better for vegging since it puts out...

yea i am satisfied with germing inside a paper towel... kept in a dark, cool place(about room temperature, if you choose to use this method just make sure you dont let the paper towel dry out
