That plant is almost a month old and is very small for it's age. Basically it's the size of a two week old and I'm almost positive it's because of the minimal lighting used in the begining of it's life. Good thing you added more lights though.

Good tips. Except I see a lot of bag seed grows and they turn out to be very nice females. If the person who made the seeds did it because of them being pollinated by not pulling the males out ofthe area then you have regular seeds on your hand. Now if the plants went herm then your fucked.

Growone no offense but I doubt you just used 3 26 watts for that. You can say you did but I honestly know you didn't. And to the OP you should pick up some higher watt cfl's (65) atleast maybe 4 of em. That's about 10k lumens right there. Good luck

I believe any and every sprout goes up. The roots are a different story though. Ive had roots come to the surface (wtf) but that was because they were in darkness for 48 hours so I guess they got confused.

Walmart in my area sells scotts and MG thats pretty much it. But I don't expect them to carry anything else. You want premium stuff go to the correct store that deals specifically in those products. Get two 65 watt cfl's, that's 8000 lumens and add two 27 watt cfl's. Altogether that's 10k lumens which is bare minimum. Final price is like 30 bucks.
