I wait for my branches to get at least 3 inches, with a couple leaf sets on them, take some from the bottom, and one from the top and send her into flower. If they are long enough in 3 weeks, go for it...

How many do you plan on taking from her? The longer you wait, the more quality clones you can take...I'd give it another month or so, depending on how fast the internodes come along.
