Your lights could be too far away. My first few grows i used cfl's and was getting pretty nice decently dense nugs. I always had the lights within an inch or 2 from the plants.

I doubt the cfl's are going to raise the temp almost 20 degrees unless you dont use an exhaust fan.

im wondering how i got so lucky and didnt get any hermies or males? i stressed the hell out of my feminized seeds and had very high temps and never did anything with ph.

it will dry but its probably going to take a very long time in temps that low.

I had temps in the high 80s and even in the 90's with lights on and usually lower 80s with lights off a few grows ago. The buds were really airy and didnt turn out too great.
