It's a classic case of ph lockout, probably too acidic, causing you to have nitrogen and potassium deficency. Once you start flowering, it's hard to correct. About all you can do is flush, and in the future, make sure you fix any problems like this before you flower, its much easier.

No, this is not from overwatering,...you would have some curling, these leaves are holding themselves up just fine, so def not overwatering. I think you have a severe nitrogen defic. A good thourough watering of some 20-20-20 soluble fertilizer should snap it back.

Did you buy the tin inline fan with the plastic blades or did you buy an actual centrefuge fan? Because if you bought the $30 fan, it's not a true 170 cfm. Those fans will not lower temps even 1 degree and they jam up.
