Anyone interested in seeing what I'll be doing with this little beast can follow along in what will probably end up being a grow journal right here ---> https://www.rollitup.org/t/custom-cab-great-seeds-and-a-poll.956503/
Also, I will be making the final call on which strain to run on Friday at midnight so any lurkers who want to help me decide and haven't yet voted please feel free to do so.
Not dead. Unhappy maybe, but not dead. And getting close to being ready for harvest. Like everyone has said already... get a scope. Or a jeweler loupe.
Like i said.. hard to tell from that picture. Tops of the leaves looked really dark green to me which often indicates excess N. If they arent really that dark in person then we can probably blame the photo.
For me personally I've always preferred seeds. More uncertainty than with clones obviously, but I enjoy pheno hunting. Always the chance that you find that one in a million pheno that blows you away.
What is your climate like? Purp strains tend to form extremely dense buds, which is great, but if you live in a humid climate and don't have adequate ways to control it you are at risk of bud rot. Just something to keep in mind.
Nice! Glad there are people out there trying the similar tech so we can exchange knowledge and share experience.
I'm basically doing a really hot version of my soil in the bottom 1/3. The top 2/3 will be more about drainage and maintaining the soil bacteria. The way it works when my buddy...
I actually thought the same thing. I'll either go with "sorry, got a bad rectifier at the moment.." or I'll just tell them that it's way too loud to play in the house. Or, I've got a 2x10 I can hide somewhere...
I'm going to be running some hotter soil at the bottom of the pot with a lighter mix filling up the rest. A buddy of mine who has really pushed me to try water only uses this method with awesome results. We shall see.
