In a space that size I would probably top the plant twice and then use screen training to spread it out and fill the screen. There are some great scrog tutorials out there. I'll see if I can dig up some links for you in the morning if you haven't found any by then.
I'd top and scrog as suggested. You can make a nice even canopy and have better control over height. Plus it will really maximize the yeild in that size box.
Advising someone to buy low quality lights that will underperform is not trying to be positive. It's just bad advice. I'm not saying you don't mean well, I'm sure you're a nice person. That being said, why would you not want someone to have the best quality light possible within the buyers...
Hell yes! My genetics have arrived! I was a little bummed this morning as I was unable to get a part i needed to finish my cabinet, but the mailman made up for it! Big thanks to @OregonEliteSeeds for the great selection of gear and the great customer service! Looks like more updates should...
I will get a shot of it on tomorrow for sure. I'm going to be finally finishing up the cabinet so I'll get some shots of the light on in its new home. :)
Nobody has been telling him to buy a blurple. He had pretty much decided on an hlg qb like 2 pages ago until people who didn't read the thread started over complicating things.
I'd still run exhaust up top. But if you have a fan speed controller you can at least dial it back a bunch over what you'd need to have it with most other lights.
