no, those areas give you the absolute minimum of light required to grow (about 3,000 lumens per square foot). if you want to grow good bud you want 7,000 - 10,000 lumens per square foot.
you are going to need a lot more light if you are planning on growing in that whole space. at the recommended 7,000 lumens per square foot that is 1.8 million lumens. 600 watt lights give out about 100,000 lumens each, so you need 18 of them to light the whole space.
you do not have to have air from or to outside for your grow room. air from other rooms in your house will have sufficient co2 for your plants.
the reasons to vent outside are odor or temperature regulation.
you are starting at the middle. to answer what lights you need to answer the following questions first:
how much weed how often? for example, 2 ounces every two weeks
how many plants to make that weed? for example 1 white widow, 1 blue haze
clone or seed? for example - seed
how do you...
the outside of the bud dries while leaving the inside wet. it's time to trim the buds and put them in glass jars. the moisture from inside the buds will migrate to the outside as you cure.
most of your plants look overwatered: with holes in the bottom of your pots you should water until water flows out of the bottom. then let dry until soil is dry a couple of inches down before you water again. you'll end up watering every few days.
it is time for nutes for your larger plants...
how long have you been on 12/12? the plant starts to die the moment you go 12/12 and you can expect much more serious yellowing and leaves dying as you approach harvest
