New question, what if I veg it for 30 days (24 hour light cycle) and then put it outside at my latitude in mid May it would have approx. 15 hours of light and 9 hours of darkness. Would this induce flowering?

Ok I got what your saying about the light adjustment to my latitude, If I make that adjustment will the plants just veg or will they start to bloom? I am not a newbie I have just never tried anything like this.

Haze or Durban Poison

You might want to try a Haze hybrid, as Haze has one of the most up highs you can get.

Any Indica. But if you like sativa as so many do then I would recommend Durban Poison because it is very hardy and able to withstand cooler temps than most Sativas. Although it does get quite tall.
