Nirvana is a good reputable breeder but id have to agree with la9 on this. Serious and greenhouse are better, DNA is also better and while im at it mandala is better oh and sensi and THseeds ohhhh and TGA subcools shit is better. Nirvana isnt bad and have great prices but you get what you pay...

so how are you doing an outdoor grow in the winter? The light cycle right now is gonna make if flower so if it isnt showing it will be soon. Your plants not gonna be very big trying to do what you are doing.
