seems like they didnt grow at all, usually when the "crack" at that moment you want to monitor the seeds ever hour or two to have like <1cm of root development. before the root gets to long and digs under the paper towel. better off starting over. how long did it take the seeds to "crack"...

depends ob ur water source, RO, well, city, etc... flood flush or daily waterings. but usually 1 to 2 weeks of only water. so for u it be on starting of week 9. do a taste test at the end of qeek 9. if burn is not black. ur good to start trimming. else flush for another week to the end of weekb10.

I didn’t actually read all the post but r u using strips or a probe to read your ph reading? Strips should be always accurate as long as your following the directions on the drop bottle. And for the probe... did u leave the cap on the end, when did u last calibrate it, the probe may be...

Could just be water burn from condinsation or morning dew that was didn’t evaporate. If I are concern do a ph test of your run off. Or a ph soil test
