Go to 1000bulbs.com buy yourself a 400w hps ballast for 70 bucks and a bulb for 7. then go to the harware store spend a max of 2o bucks for the cord and mongule base, and the plug that goes in the wall(cant think of what its called right now im stoned,lol) u can puy all the mylar you need for $1...
