You have thrips check under you leaves with mangnification u can barely see the adults with good vision. Some would spray sinosad I believe but personally I would not treat for bugs during flower Could be the silly purple photography playing tricks tooo

Cannabis plants have been grafted to various hops and vice versa its been done many times. If I remember correctly the hops grew normal hops on the pot plant but the pot branch produced little to no thc when grafted to hops
