I Havent done a 5 gal for days.. but i would encourage a transition phase where you give it close to equal NPK.(maybe 1 or 2% more Phos and potash.)but its amount of 'food'(nutrient/water) should be determined by plant size and root area and if you could.. keep it organic :)

Make Sure they are properly supported if you allow yourself to keep outdoor while in 3 days of rain... if not 1 day of rain and clouds, also i would personally spray them down with clean water (if they dont look beten for any reason) a little after and start flushing or (i beleiev its called)...
