you should have room for 5 flowering in that space i think. you have a seperate spot for the veg? fem seeds will save you some time and space, but you should get cloning asap if you have the two spots.. thats your best bet. dont go big with them either, your limited space is a factor, and...

once you get your fixture built, you will want both the blueish and reddish cfl's , the boxes usually indicate their spectrum, it'll say 2700 or 6400 or something, red/blue buy a couple splitters too, cuz they are handy :) so you can split the plug to fit two lights
