It does, I also have the same problem and I'm blaming nutes. Heat can also be a issue, but if you have airflow and using cfl's then I doubt it. It could be a deffiency of something, google for cannabis leaf problem chart, should be able to find your problem there.

I believe it may be nutrient burn or ph problems. Buy a ph meter and check your water, before you water your plants. And if you are giving nutrients then stop, your plants re way too young, wait till they are about a month old. Hope this helps

Its a bit less than half, more like a 1/4. I doubt this plant will survive, I'll have to order another seed and get that going as soon as possible. Thanks everyone for your advice.

Ahh I see, guess I was just unlucky. Is it too late to start another grow? Its a green o matic autoflowering, and I'm going to put it outdoors.

Ok thats kinda bad news, this is my second seed of the strain I'm wanting to grow, pretty annoying. I have taped it together with some duct tape. Hopefully it works :( Any other suggestions?

So I have a 6 day old seedling, and while transplanting the root snapped. It snapped exactly where the stem and root meet. This was about 2 days ago, since then the plant hasnt grown at all, and it only has one set of true leaves, they are same size as the cots atm. It isnt cleanly broken off...

Also would like to mention that one of the leaves on the green o matic broke off (not the cot), but it seems to be growing fine. Will it take a lot of time to recover from this?

Yeah I thought that was due to the cots losing there nutrients to give to the other leaves. In the final soil, when I plant outdoors, I'll mix with perlite and such to give it more aeration an what not. Do these look okay for their age? I kinda think they are growing slow.
