Blue Cheese and Grapefruit just cut (pics)

Just took a dry weight. All together yielded 152.82 grams (5.4 ounces). Not too bad. Now to cure :)

Blue Cheese and Grapefruit just cut (pics)

Just chopped my girls down last night. Blue Cheese and one "mystery" strain out of an indoor mix. We think it's Grapefruit from smell, growth, and the fact that it'd purpled out towards the end. If you look, you can see purple tinges. It's more noticeable in person. Girls hanging to get...

    2nd grow problems

Is it new soil or re-used?

Blue Dream mother looks bad. Sagging leaves yet moist soil.

Was your root ball dry when you transplanted it?

    whats the problem?

How close are they to your lights and what are your room temps?

    dying leaves

This immediately stuck out to me. While it may not be the immediate problem, it could definitely become a problem in the very near future. Let it dry out for a good, long while. As for the dying leaves, it could be some sort of deficiency since it is outdoor soil. Are you using any nutrients?

    Topping the Blue Cheese strain?

I have grown out 4 Big Buddha Blue Cheese seeds along with countless clones of it. The first 2 were lollipopped and yielded quite well. The 3rd was topped and produced even better, though it had a little more veg time. The last did NOT take to topping very well. I assume that is just because of...

    question on advanced nutrients

No...that's just the comparison. It is simply stating that by using it, you will make your buds taste better. It is just sugars that will help give you more of the taste your plant has.

    tieng down shoots (LST)

I use paper clips but that goes into the soil so I don't know. Do you compress the soil a decent amount as to still leave it airy but enough to stick something in?

Nutes question ... close to harvest

Yeah, you are definitely want to flush since those are not organic nutes (at least the Cha-ching). Just water or flush solution if you have it.

    last week of harvest

I am almost 100% positive that you can't use fan leaves to clone. There are a few threads about it and from what I've read, you can't do it. You can get the thing to root maybe but it won't produce any shoots. Otherwise, this far into flowering you can't use any nodes to clone...

    Seeds from the same deal

The 2 look deformed probably from bad genetics or a bad seed. Your perlite looks fine, you generally want it to be roughly 30% of your soil but since it is usually inert (if you bought it like that), it won't do damage. It just aerates the soil and allows more water to flow.

    I can hardly wait...

Hard to tell without pictures. Are the hairs turning red or orange or are they all still white? Are the trichomes clear, white, or amber?

Normal fan of clones, lets try a seedling..

I've never used a dome for seedlings. I don't think it is as important as with clones. Just plant root down and put under the lights. Start small. Some people use keg cups (party cups, whatever). I use starter pots which are less than a gallon. Definitely use the same medium. Once the seeds fill...

    last week of harvest

The longer the flush, the better. You risk it by pushing that far. Depending on your nutes, I would start flushing instead of feeding. I cut just at the end of their light cycle at night. You can give them dark time as well. Depends on how ansy you are to harvest. As long as it only happens two...

    first timer. advice please

If you want to go organic you have a few options. Most nutrient companies offer organic nutes now. I've used Earth Juice with good success, smells awful though. Roots Organic is supposed to be very popular as well. General Hydroponics has a organic line, hell, even Advanced offers organic Iguana...

    Quick feeding question +rep

As often as you want. Every time, every other time, just once. Just don't over water to try to give it more. If you are 6-7 weeks in, depending on your strain you will be done soon anyway.

    Quick feeding question +rep

Never used it myself (always used Sweet leaf/Bud Candy) but I believe it is used when watering at about 1 teaspoon : 1 Gallon of water.
