Is it important to have the light on exactly 12 and 12?

ye its my first grow in an attic so jus trying it out before i plant my chronic seeds

i have 3 100 watt cfl's 1300 lumens each

My plant is about 8 inches tall and I'm trying to keep it short so I started to flower it. Is this tall enough for a decent yeild? Indica Strain. And Should I leave my fan on it 24/7 during this time?

My plant is about 4 weeks old. I keep the light on 24/7 and I was wondering if I could switch the lights to 12/12 to determine sex then switch lights back on 24/7 so it can re-veg?

indica strain. Don't be greedy...grow 2 more space more light for those 2 plants better buds
