Of course it is. If I was you, dont try and expect more than 14G.... If I am being honest, you should aim for 14g (Half oz). It depends on a a lot of other things, assuming everything else is spot on, you can get 14gram... I got 14gram using similar watts to you on my first grow and everything...

Use some Superthrive. Great for transplant stress... any stress tbh. The auxins it releases, in theory, should help with things like LST/Scrog also - assist in creating new tops and deal with the stress better.

Any thoughts on how I have started LST? thought I would start with a 90degree angle straight off. Put another layer of soil on the top so didnt risk pulling roots out. (Didnt fancy using a U shape nail or something as counter tie) Good? Bad? What you think?
