While spiders are our friends, those are not spiders. I would kill them. I see them once and a while, id always pick them off. I think they are a kind of cricket/grass hopper. Kill them, spray with BT and Neem Oil alternatly. My 2¢.

Yes, you can. If you do it early enough into flower, within the first 2 or 3 weeks maybe. Anytime after that, I would this you run the risk of over stress and maybe Hermie. But who doesn't want bigger shoes when their feet are growing? I think a transplant is always good when its needed. My 2¢.
