    I'm feeding every watering full strength with no run off but fully saturate the soil. And I feed every other day. But I also have about 25% coco mixed in my soil so I never let it dry out.

    Your power meter is bonkers. You got multimeter? Measure voltage and current on a few strips to get average value (shouldn't be much difference between the strips) and calculate the output.

    How's your lights off temps? It's normal for the plant to get fall colours towards the end of its life cycle.
