i just made my first seeds purchase yesterday, hindu kush for my second grow (first has a few more days to finish and is bagseed). i bought them in person from a local seedbank, though my understanding is they make their own seeds by breeding the males and females from original hindu kush seeds...

each 1000W lamp could cover 4x4 feet without a problem, so 32 square feet of coverage. it's up to you how many plants you want to fit in there. for the most part i don't think there's too much benefit from going any denser than one plant per square foot, so you're looking at i'd say anywhere...

I don't post a lot, but I read an assload. Still nowhere near as much as someone with 14k+ posts, but I wonder how many of those posts I've read. I'm still in the veg phase of my first grow (600W over 8 square feet, seven plants [bagseed]) which is why I don't really have much to contribute...

make sure you inhale air into your lungs before exhaling the hit. inhaling makes sure all the smoke/vapor makes it into your lungs. hold it in for a few seconds (any longer is pointless) then exhale slowly
