That looks like you have far more problems than just Cal or Mg to me. If you provide more info you will get better responses. Temps, lighting, PH, nutes, pest issues? etc.

It's a good bet that it is overwatering IMO. Just let the soil dry out until the pots are light (don't be afraid of letting get quite dry), they like lots of oxygen in the root system, it will boost their metabolism.
