How are you connected to the internet? Most DSL/Cable modems provide adequate security IF you are not doing anything more than surfing, etc. If you start gaming/providing incomming access/etc then all bets are off. I can think of many ways to get info off of a computer that's protected...

Watch the pills... they are damn addicting and the physical withdrawal sucks. Also, be careful with hydrocodone (vicoden) and percoset. Both are laced with Tylonol. It's way too easy to OD on the Tylonol and not the opioid, which really f*&ks you up forever if you body doesn't shut down and...
