To harvest my c99 or not to harvest, the great and wonderful question.

Right on. Yea I was just reading about others experiences with C99 so I decided to check my trichs with the scope and saw the cloudy trichs all over. I hear a lot of c99 growers go 49-55 days, but in my case it could go a little longer.

To harvest my c99 or not to harvest, the great and wonderful question.

Again, this particular grow, I don't know why the leaves curled on this one. It looks ugly, but smells really good.

To harvest my c99 or not to harvest, the great and wonderful question.

47 days in, looks beautiful under the microscope. at least 40% cloudy trichs, and not too many brown trichs. What would you guys suggest? I hear the cloudy - brown trichs give more of a coughlock high, whereas the cloudy chop gives more of a head and body high.

Any other Cinderella 99 growers notice a 'slinky' plant?

Yea, the plants still prduce very well and hit and taste really good. So other than little genetic quirks like the curling thing in the slh, I dunno what to say bout this cinderella. All I can figure is based on what ive read, and that its very sensitive to nutes sometimes. Seeing ive had...

Any other Cinderella 99 growers notice a 'slinky' plant?

I don't know what it is. For the cinderella 99, this is the only C99 plant i've had thats curled. Had the same exact nute treatment as the other c99's I grew, same treatment during flowering etc. I'm not sure why this one is doing this, but with roughly 2 weeks to go, I mean it is what it is...

Any other Cinderella 99 growers notice a 'slinky' plant?

haha I'll give some pics for you to reference. But yes, LIMBS EVERYWHERE, once you turn from Veg to Flower, In my case the stems are so 'slinky' that the cola weighs them down, so I ended up putting a tomatoe cage around it and wrapping some of the stems up to the metal parts of the cage so...

Any other Cinderella 99 growers notice a 'slinky' plant?

I decided to not trim my cinderella's, they are about 4 feet tall about day 42 since switched to 12/12, cola's under the top are about the size of golf balls, doing rly rly good, only thing I've noticed is that it's VERY slinky of a plant. The stems go everywhere and don't seem to follow any...

Finally obtained a hygrometer for my cure!

Giving an update, and having a few questions, its been a steady 65% in the jar. I leave the jar open for 30-60 minutes per day and shake the buds to move them a bit. Its been about 2 weeks since I started the cure. I didnt have a hygrometer when I started so I dont know if i overdried the...

Finally obtained a hygrometer for my cure!

Well we shall see what happens. It was at 56% humidity outside the jar and when I put it in, within 10 minutes its already up to 60%. Perhaps I didn't overdry my bud! I thought I did but I didn't know anything about hygrometers or the importance of using them. Maybe the bud wasn't dry...

    need experienced help with curing

No hydrometer. Its desert area, winter time. Usually mid 60s to mid 70s right now. I can get a leaf from a clone I have. I had them on a rack, adequate airflow, above the cfl lights. What do you rrcommend?

    need experienced help with curing

I dryed my bud for about 6 days, put em into a mason jar. Been about 5 days now and no moisture buildup. I'm thinking the bud is dry and too dry to cure properly. I've been putting bread in it to moisten it a bit but no moisture yet to even burp. It still has a heavy grass/hay smell...

    Weighed out my first harvest

Giving an update, well very pleasant taste! I'm feeling a good amount of buzz after 1 hour and 1 decent sized brownie. I have to admit, the uncured trim really adds to the 'good' taste of the brownie. I say they are not as potent as some I've had but it was only 6 grams of trim, and my first...

    Weighed out my first harvest

Well I threw my trim into the oil and cooked it about 40 minutes. http://www.thestonerscookbook.com/recipe.php/recipe/special-brownies <--- followed this recipe. We'll see how the brownies turn out. I dried them for about 6 days they were falling apart, smelled like grass though. hehe we'll...

    Weighed out my first harvest

From 2 cfls, to 4 cfls, upgraded to 400 watt hps 4th week into flower, I have weighed out 48 grams of bud. However it isn't fully cured yet, so it'll prolly drop a little bit but for my first grow I am really proud of this. I have 6.5 grams of trim to throw into butter, prolly about 1 stick...

Whats up with this plant? lol I think its overheating..

Don't have temp gauge to show what the humidity is at. Will get one soon. and Bubba, thats a good idea too. they are about 3 gallon pots. PERHAPS my Super lemon haze has outgrown the pot. They are plastic. I've seen 'trees' bigger than this in the same size pot and no probs tho. Man. If...

Whats up with this plant? lol I think its overheating..

Giving an update to this, well I made the fan not blow directly on it, it's not over watering/underwatering and I'm very careful and give good amount of tender loving care when it comes to that, besides a little underwatering won't hurt it. Less is sometimes more. The most logical answer on...
