it depends on how many plants you have and how much room you have to work with but use as many as you can get and one is no where near good enough i would use 5 lights at the least

yes that light will work great for veg but i would use as many as you can get maybe 4 should be good but you have to use 27k for flowering and 55 dollars for that is alot i got my 64ks at ace hardware for 14 bucks and my 27ks i got at home depo for 16 bucks and these things are like 8inchs long...

i would go horizontal and keep them close about 3 inch's away and try to get those huge cfl's that are like 8 inch's long i got mine at home depo for 16 dollars and thay work great thats if you have a home depo were you live good look
