I didn't see any 5 gallon bucket lids, but I'll look into that also.

Theres really only 2 ways of doing that: like you said double the 5 gallon buckets and use bricks, or finding some sorta kitchen or pot tray, thatll fit. I'm lookin for the least expensive, but if I gotta invest, then so be it.
