I soaked my pop corn then I went out and got food poisoning and haven't been able to go back (I'm soaking the corn across town in a special place). I have been pretty ill. If I'm able to go tomorrow it will be 3 days that the corn has been soaking. Is this okay or should I chuck it and start over?

Mason jars are also impossible to find here. I bought some of these imported olives that come in air tight glass jars and am trying to use those. Do you think they'd be fine in the PC?
