im pretty sure a plant uses alot more then 10,000 lumens during flowering. seems alittle low. and i would imaging plant size plays a pretty large part

you need to bring up your RH in your room for veg. 20% is way low ;) might be ok for flower but that will deffinetly slow down your veg growth. get a humidifier for veg and then just leave it off during flower

humidity pretty low but you can get by. I would raise the temp alittle as well to atleast 75. 78-80 is ideal ;)

The germination process doesnt have alot to do with a seedling that is 4-5 days old. If a plant has formed the first set of leaves and its living and then dies, it wasnt because you germed in a paper towel instead of a cup of water ;) That is a good method for germ but becarful with the ballast...

def not too much. if you planning on putting a filter on then it will be fine. also what type of lighting are you going to have because the amount of heat in the room will is also a factor in amount cfms you should get. ;) I would go for more then not enough.

See this is exctly what i as talking about. ;) There are soo many diferent opinions out there on this subject. Whether or not MH+HPS would be better for flowering then just HPS. There has to be some info outhere on the subject, and someone out ther has to know!!

lumatek's ballast are def the way to go. They have a 5 year warranty on top of the quality and performance If htg lets you.... ;) you should try and return yours for store credit and then get a nice 400w. Thats if you can. Im not sure how there return policy goes.
