They responded really well to a good feeding and they are back on track with growth. The canopy is starting to look really nice and full and I'm turning to flower very soon I think. Unless someone can convince me otherwise with some good reasoning :P I'm still interested in any advice that...

I've seen some legit growth with a MH during flower, we'll see I guess. I've been feeding Jungle Juice 1/4-1/2 strength every other watering once or twice a week.

Not a dumb question, In my opinion it should have no effect and shouldn't stress your plants. The blue spectrum isn't really as important though so unless money is really not a problem for you I wouldnt reccommend buying two new bulbs just to add some blue spectrum to your flowering. IMHO

Be careful misting too much on the buds, your could end up having yourself a mold problem. Soak your plants in the morning to give them ample time to dry out, watering at night before the lights go out can cause issues. Been there done that.

Thanks for the help guys, got a new ph tester on the way as mine just broke :o. I started feeding 3 part advanced nutes at 1/4 strength and moved up to about half strength or a little more. I cant tell if its a buildup or not enough at this point..ive tried a small feeding and a light flushing...
