I had this problem a few days back, some how cotton balls were involved and it got messy.

Just went through this myself. Anything you cut, use a baking soda paste (Water & baking soda) on the cut stem. If it's mixed thick, it will dry hard.

I give mine a 1/2 hour break at lights out and if it's off for more then a 1/2 hour during flowering it will just begin to start smelling up the house.

I run mine about 22-23 hours a day and it's turned down very low right now because of the weather, it helps keep the tent warmer. lol my 6" clip on fan probably moves more air then my carbon at the moment.
