    Using HPS During Veg Stage

My current grow I used a 400w HPS the entire grow, you do see some stretching. So you may want to play with the light/plants and be sure you get them as close as possible to avoid any excess stretching, but the results are decent. Here's a Super Sour OG, a few weeks from harvest.

Are these seeds from a hermied plant good to grow???????????

Another trick for keeping them from herming is to pollinate a couple small buds early so they don't feel the need to herm to produce seeds.

    seedlings drooping help needed

Hard to say without pics, but the most common problem with seedlings is over watering. How often do you water? What soil?

root bound at 14 days after flowering

Just a guess on my part, but I would think it's when they need to search to much for food/water. It is a balancing act though, as the bigger a root system, the more capable it is of supplying those nutrients/water. Which often leads to more robust buds/plants.

    cool tube

What ever your plants can handle, I've had mine 6-8" away from a bare bulb before and seen very little heat stress. Smaller plants you'll want to give more room, as they don't have fully developed roots systems to handle the heat/light. But the bigger ones start at a 1' or something and see...

    Droopy plants...Over or Under water???

Thinking poor drainage. Are there holes in the bottom so the water can run off. If there is you may want to remove the other (overflow) cup and let the holes in the main cup breathe more. Heat, may be another factor, they don't have very robust root systems that young.

dolomite lime and rots organic soil mix question

I think it's fairly forgiving. But from the description you can use it to achieve the soil PH you want. That leads me to believe you can over do it when using. But for most name brand soils I think what you stated should be fine. If you want to get precise you could always test the soil ph...

I haven't tried outside yet, but with something to keep the frost off you should be alright. The cold may slow her down some, but it shouldn't be much. I'll be keeping an eye on your post, so I know to expect from mine. :D

Ok....I've read everything i can on this site for information

I wish I had the space to grow outside, sounds like a challenge where you at though, fun none the less. I've kept mine short using LST, I think they are just over 2' and are just over 2 and 3 weeks into flowering. The big one seems to be going much slower in flowering, but growing much faster.

Question for anyone growing for more than a year... Enthusiasm still there?

I had more fun with it when I had the space to get in my grow area, my new area is small and cramped. It's still enjoyable, but I don't spend hours in there like I used too fawning over the girls.

Nice looking ladies, you got there. I have a couple afghan's I'm growing as well. They are the same way, so leafy you can't even see the buds, healthy and robust little buggers though.
