The yield will depend upon how well you grow them, but for an auto I would go with Lowlife AK-47 or Big Buddha Automatic for a decent yield.

I have the same space constraints. I tried soil and just couldn't get the results. I use the hempy bucket/cup method. It is darn simple. And I find the nutes to be easier b/c you know exactly what is going in and out. The only pain in the ass is monitoring the pH.
