I think it has to do with your own body chemistry too, not just the plant. But for me, Super Silver Haze is kind of awesome. Either that, or just find a nice Skunk.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. But I was under the impression that genetics are responsible for quality, while good growing was responsible for yield. The strain is what it is, and whether it produces a a gram or an ounce depends on the quality of the grow.

Lowlife AK-47. My first grow, still my favorite. Still have some left. The plant was so strong -- it makes my face numb, partially black-out, I stupidly dance around the room, and have a hell of a time. I have relegated this strain to "weekend only" status.

Not a legal grow, and it is a water-oriented community, so everyone is pretty laid-back. He just doesn't want to draw attention, just had his first kid. I think if he did a dwarf or two he would be OK, but he wants cover. It would be his first grow.
