Typically, for me, male shows sex about 3 weeks after sprouting. Females seem to take about 4-5 weeks after sprouting to show sex. I do all 12/12 from seed.

Ah, okay. They look good! The only thing I have to add is, I like to keep all my plant at equal height. So, what I'll do is just put a few DVD cases under the shorter plants to keep them at the same height. Not necessary, but helpful in keeping them all relatively the same size.

It's looking good for 11 days old! If your still having temp problems, try getting a box fan in your main room. Just point it towards your closet. Should bring the temp down a bit.

How many watts do you have in total? I'd assume it's not really only 23w with 3 plants? With CFLs you want about 75w-100w per plant for optimum growth.

I don't know the lifetime estimate of T5s but CFLs claim to have a lifetime of 8000h. Check out the manufacturer site for your bulbs lifetime estimate.

I thought it looked like mag deficiency as well. You can also foliar feed with Epsom salts for mag. Good luck.

Clawing can also be a sign of nitrogen toxicity in early flower. I'm always careful of the amount of nit. I give my plants during flower.

Yes, they will work but you should think about 2700k for flower also. 6500k will work for flower but you'd yield much better results with 2700k.
