    Harvest?

Im treating with BT every three days right up until harvest. Great product. You have to spray early and often. Once in a while you'll get one that will sneak by.

Yeah! It's Bud Worm Season. Pics

Just when you think you've sprayed enough......you haven't, spray some more. The great thing about BT is that it does ZERO damage to your flower. I'm treating every two/ three days right now as well.

    bodhi seeds

Fall colors. I'm always in the ground late and always harvesting late. I think I got a month to go on the unicorn. That tent in the background is a one touch pop up. Thing is gold. Fairly big too. These plants don't see a drop of rain. I hate taking stuff down early. You do what you...

Yeah! It's Bud Worm Season. Pics

I spray right until harvest. Critical time right now. Last leg of the race. Too late in the game to let those little bastards take any. Spraying every two to three days. This is caterpillar season. Found two dying today. No damage. You want to keep them from getting inside the flower...

How do you tell if PM is dead

Never heard of Dr. Zymes, I'll have to pick up a bottle just in case. That said once pm is all over a bud I usually cut it and throw it out. I suppose you could clean it up. Not sure how once moldy buds would taste. This year I sprayed my entire patch, my whole yard with the stuff below, every...

Yeah! It's Bud Worm Season. Pics

What I've come to realize in regards to people growing outdoors, some are taking down contaminated product without realizing it. Especially if details like this are overlooked. It's a special flower with nooks and crannies. Needs to be cleaned and disinfected like a piece of fruit. Inspected for...

Yeah! It's Bud Worm Season. Pics

Bingo. The two most common types are the one in your pic, greenish and an orange version. Single egg snipers. In the morning they will be stuck all over your tops. I actually hand remove them. Knife and paper towel. There is another type of moth that will lay hundreds of eggs, coating the...

I had one sneak by my BT shield too. Same deal. These things are fucking relentless. Spraying twice a week now until finish.

    Bud rot? Location Toronto

I feel ya. I set up a monster tent in my yard. I try to shield them from every drop of rain. I don't know how people manage large outdoor farms. Rain drives the molds. The longer those buds stay wet.......

    Bud rot? Location Toronto

The outdoor game can definitely be cruel. I've dealt with mold, powdery, etc. But it all years outdoors I've never seen damage shown in those pictures to be anything other than caterpillar damage. Their favorite spot to hide is main stem, where flowers develop. You get that fur, stem damage...

    Bud rot? Location Toronto

The bacteria caused by caterpillar waste can create a fungus on the impacted area. It's almost furry looking on the stem. These are not airborne spores but localized damage. If get you get rid of the worms that issue will go away. Thing is once you see the damage like that it's likely that...

    Bud rot? Location Toronto

Just my two cents: buds don't just turn brown and rot like that. 99% of the time it's caused by caterpillar / worm damage. It's bacteria from them eating then pooping and peeing in your flower. I've been growing outdoors in the northeast for almost a decade. I harvest late October and the only...

Yeah! It's Bud Worm Season. Pics

Awful bro. Once they slink off your drying rack like spiderman, no telling where they came from. Contaminated. Needs to be thrown out. When I harvest I check all the nodes for the tell tale signs: black grit poop. Using my small shears, peeking all around, node to stem. Ideally you want to...

    Pistils not turning Amber

I would do absolutely nothing. Let them ripen. You are over thinking this. Not all of your plants are going to be at the exact same stage at the exact same time.
